Multiple Packages

Some orders may arrive in separate packages if the items are shipped from different suppliers or warehouses.

You may receive more than one tracking number for the same order.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Depending on your country, your order may be subject to customs fees, import duties, VAT, or local taxes.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless stated otherwise.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order has not arrived within 30 business days, please contact us and we will help check the status of your shipment.

If the package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we may offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, as long as the order has not already been processed or shipped.

Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
